This section contains instructions on how you can remove a certificate from various web browsers.

Explorer 6 - Complete the following steps to remove a certificate using Internet Explorer 6:

Open Internet Explorer 6. |

Select Tools-->Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box appears. |
| |

Click the Content tab. |
| |
4 |
Click the Certificates button. The Certificate Manager dialog box appears. |
| |

Click the Personal tab. |
| |
6 |
Select the certificate to remove, then Click the Remove button. |
| |
7 |
A message appears that asks whether you are sure you want to delete the certificate. Click Yes. The certificate has now been deleted from the system. |

Outlook - Complete the following steps to remove a certificate using Outlook:

Open Outlook. |
| |

Select Tools-->Options. The Options dialog box appears. |
| |

Click the Security tab. |
| |
4 |
Click the Import/Export Digital ID button. The Import/Export Security Information and Digital ID dialog box appears. |

Select the Export your Exchange or S/MIME Security Information option button, then Click Select. The Select a Certificate dialog box appears. |

Select the certificate to delete, then Click OK. The Select a Certificate dialog box closes and the Import/Export Security Information and Digital ID dialog box becomes active. |

In the Password field, enter the password for the certificate. |
| |

Check the "Delete Security Information Digital ID from system" check box, then Click OK. The certificate has now been deleted from the system.

Outlook Express - Complete the following steps to remove a certificate using Outlook Express:

Open Outlook Express. |
| |

Select Tools-->Options. The Options dialog box appears. |
| |

Click the Security tab. |
| |

Click the Digital IDs button. The Certificate Manager dialog box appears. |
| |

Click the Personal tab. |
| |

Select the certificate to remove, then click the Remove button. The certificate has now been deleted from the system. |

Netscape Communicator - Complete the following steps to remove a certificate using Netscape Communicator:

Open Netscape Communicator. |
| |

Click the Security button on the Navigation Toolbar. The Security Info screen appears |
| |

Under the Certificates hyperlink, Click Yours. This displays all your certificates. |
| |

Select the certificate to remove. |
| |
5 |
Click the Delete button. A window containing a warning and information about the certificate appears. |
| |
6 |
Click OK. The certificate is deleted from the list. |

Eudora Pro - Complete the following steps to use WorldSecure Client 3.0 to remove a certificate:

Open Eudora Pro. |
| |

Select Special--Message Plugins Settings. The Installed Message Plugins dialog box appears. |

Select WorldSecure Client, then Click the Settings button. The S/MIME Configuration - Current User dialog box appears. |

Click the Certificate Manager button. The Certificate Manager dialog box appears. |

Select the certificate to remove, then Click the Remove button. The certificate is deleted from the system. |
